There are many ways to contribute to the Newfoundland Pony Society’s work. Whether it’s through becoming a member, volunteering your time at a fundraising event or making a donation, we welcome your help in protecting and preserving this beautiful animal.
Make a Personal Donation
You can make a difference by making a donation to help protect and care for the Newfoundland ponies. We have different projects underway that require funding support. Contact us today to find out how you can help. We are a Canada Revenue Agency registered charity and issue receipts for donations.
Our Registered Charity Number is: 8991 23053 RR0001
Plan an Event
If you have a birthday or anniversary coming up, you can turn it into a fundraiser for the Newfoundland pony. Inform your guests in advance that in lieu of gifts, you’d like them to make a donation to the NPS. Set up a nicely wrapped gift box with an opening in it and leave it to your guests to drop a donation in. You can also get your workplace involved. Plan a bake sale, have a jeans day on Friday or set up a coin drop to raise funds.
Become a volunteer at an upcoming event. Contact us to find out how to become involved. Perhaps you would like to serve in a more formal way and want to run for our Board of Directors. If you would like to run for a position on the board,
you will need to become a member first.
If you want to support the Newfoundland Pony Society and give your company a profile boost at the same time, consider becoming a corporate sponsor. We are building a “wall of fame” on our website to showcase all our corporate sponsors. We will display your logo on the wall and also add your company to our quarterly newsletter.

Plan Your Legacy
You can make a difference in preserving the future of Newfoundland ponies by including a gift in your Will to the Newfoundland Pony Society.
Your gift can be tailored to your personal and financial circumstances and we will work with you and your advisers to plan exactly how the gift will be used.
